Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Diversity provides different points of view for us to consider and helps bring out our best ideas. A diverse team performs better than one composed entirely of similar people. We focus on doing things differently to create a culture that values inclusion and equity so everyone feels appreciated, valued, and respected across every level of our company.
Our DE&I Mission
We want our team to show up each day as our whole, authentic selves. At ZenBusiness, every voice counts, no matter our race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, location, or background.
We’re a remote team from all over the world, and we celebrate the diversity we each bring to our business. We’ve also found that our products, services, and customers thrive best when we lean into these differences and learn from each other.

We are dedicated to providing education resources, tools, and other helpful information to support underserved and minority business owners.
Promise
We all share a company-wide promise and commitment with our community, our team, and ourselves to consistently do the work needed to effect change.
Practice
We set goals and put policies in place to empower all five pillars and continue our mission to be the most diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace possible.
What We Do

Lemonade Day
Lemonade Day helps today’s youth become the business leaders, social advocates, community volunteers and forward-thinking citizens of tomorrow.
Latinitas
For almost 20 years, Latinitas has helped tens of thousands of girls find their voices through a STEM-based curriculum that is taught in after-school clubs, one-day conferences, summer camps, and certification programs in coding and journalism.

Philanthropitch provides knowledge, collaboration, capital and exposure for innovative nonprofits to scale impact.

Kiva is an international nonprofit with a mission to expand financial access to help underserved communities grow and thrive.
Inmates to Entrepreneurs
Inmates to Entrepreneurs is dedicated to helping people with criminal backgrounds start their own small businesses with free in-person and online education.
